About David I. McCaskey, Esq.

A lifelong Virginia resident, Mr. McCaskey lives in Staunton, Virginia, where he has practiced law since 1979, including four years when he served as Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Augusta County.

In 1993 Mr. McCaskey and his wife donated the first Riparian Conservation Easement in Augusta County. This was the beginning of a program which has enabled the local Soil and Water Conservation Board to stabilize many acres of stream banks, preventing erosion along small streams that constitute the headwaters of the Shenendoah River.

Ms. Pyle is a Virginia native who currently divides her time between Staunton and Chicago, Illinois. Before working with David McCaskey, she practiced contract, personal injury, and special needs law in Illinois. She also has experience in legal ethics, special education, and government representation.
